I've developed my career by working in various businesses, from 4-star hotels and award-winning restaurants to family-owned establishments in Ireland and Poland.
My culinary journey commenced in 2013 at The River Lee Hotel, followed by roles at Bramley Lodge and Montenotte Hotel, among others. Additionally, I ventured into Solna 12 in Poland, additionally I skillfully managed private dining experiences.
My experience, spanning diverse cuisines, has granted me insights into various cooking styles and both European and global culinary traditions.
