Hello, my name is Thomas. I am from Slovakia, and I specialize on Slovakian Food. I moved to Ireland 2 years ago. I am young qualified chef with passion for cooking. My first experience start as a child, my granny used to teach my her techniques. I have experience in professional kitchen in Slovakia, Greece, and here in Ireland too. I love when people enjoy my food and aslo try to make my own recipes, I pickle vegetables, homemade healthy stuff like protein bars, muffins, chocolate crackers made from different ingredients as they are made normal, so I try to make them in balanced way - full of fibre and other good stuff.
