My passion transitioned from a hobby to an award-winning finedining restaurant, Tudore Tranquility (www.tudoretranquility.com).
As a vegan-food consultant, I enjoy helping both food-industry professionals and my guests to transition into a WFPB lifestyle. I keenly listen and answer questions where I can and help my guests understand what an exciting and nutritious whole-food-plant-based diet has the ability to do - help us care for our own health and mitigate climate change among several other attributes.
As an event-planner, being trusted to choreograph someone's event, is simply an honor. My listening skills, attention to detail and overall project management skills, come in handy. Being a pragmatic, a creative thinker, a problem solver, a system-flow developer and a team builder, event planning is nothing short of fun. Customizing an event to my client's needs and wants plus seeing a smile on their face at the conclusion of their event makes the work worth it!
As a chef I find it meditative anytime I am creating taste-bud tantalising plant-based food. At the end of the day, food should be delicious, beautiful and inspiring.
