This career not only honed my analytical skills but also gave me the opportunity to traverse every corner of India, hand-picking unique tastes and experiences. My travels didn't stop at India's borders; having explored global cuisines, I noticed the absence of true Indian essence, especially when I set foot in Tokyo in 2022.
