I'm a professional chef with over 20yrs experience. Moved to S. Korea from the US in 2024. I'm originally from Mexico and studied Culinary Arts in New York City. I was classically trained(French Cuisine) but I also have a passion for cooking Italian, American, Fusion or Latin Foods. While Living here I've been able to get familiarized with Authentic Korean Cuisine and have been able to get comfortable with this cuisine and also fusioning it with other cuisines I love.
