Over the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of working as a professional chef in six different countries: France, Ireland, La Réunion, Sweden, Spain, the UK, and Norway. This journey has been nothing short of transformative. Each country has contributed to my culinary repertoire, enriching me with diverse flavors, techniques, and cultural insights.
In France, I learned the art of precision and finesse, mastering classic French cuisine in bustling Parisian kitchens. Ireland introduced me to hearty stews and rustic charm, while La Réunion awakened my senses to the vibrant spices and flavors of Creole cuisine.
