A fun friendly, passionate chef with 30 years experience, motivated with extensive knowledge of different dietary requirements

I’m a professional chef with 30 years experience, city and guilds certificate, have worked in London fine dining Michelin star restaurant. Have been a private chef in wales to a royal family member. Worked in a 5 star dinner bed and breakfast boutique hotel only accessible by boat or helicopter, in the Highlands of Scotland. Have been in NZ for 22 years and I am now a citizen. In that time. Became shareholder / exec chef for a wine bar restaurant in Wellington for 10 years And then a shareholder / exec chef for three plant based restaurants in Wellington for the last eight years. I’m extremely passionate and dedicated to the food industry with a strong passion for the environment with limiting waste, and an extensive knowledge of plant based cooking
