I’m Ysabelle Francesca “Belle,” a 33-year-old chef and recipe developer from Bacolod City with professional experience since 2017. I’m the owner of Belle’s Cuisine, offering both vegan and regular cuisine.
I’m flexible in preparing traditional dishes, but I specialize in creating healthier swaps tailored to each client’s needs—especially transforming classic recipes into plant-based, sugar-free, or lighter alternatives. I also design personalized meals for clients with dietary sensitivities while maintaining flavor, balance, and comfort.
