Passionate about BBQ , Mediterranean food and noodles. Trained in London and had the chance to experience the world cuisine working on board ships.
I had worked more than 15 years on cruise ships like a waiter and always wanted to learn to cook. I had followed the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts College in London and had worked at The Savoy , Searcy at the Gherkin and Coya London. I have my own portable pizza oven and BBQ smoker. I love Japanese / Asian food a good BBQ made in the traditional way.
