Hi there!

My name is EMANUEL and I am a chef who is passionate about healthy and balanced food, but I also love to have fun in the kitchen. Since I was a child, I have enjoyed exploring different ingredients and flavours to create delicious and surprising dishes.

With my experience in the New Zealand kitchen and my certification in food safety, I can guarantee that all the dishes . But at the same time, I like to experiment with ingredients and techniques that surprise diners.

If you give me the opportunity, I can show you that healthy food doesn't have to be boring or bland. I love to play with unexpected ingredients and flavours to create dishes that are both nutritious and exciting. And of course, I am always willing to accept a culinary challenge.
