I'm a professional Latin chef, I studied cookery in Chile in 2009 and I did my professional practice in a Michelin Star restaurant in Barcelona called El Cingle, I was there for 5 month then I came back to Chile and cook for 3 years more...since 2013 I had long break no cooking for any restaurant just cooking occasionally as a private chef untill 2021 where I moved to Australia to learn english and I came back to the fires! So here am I cooking and improving my skills every day
