Im a professional Portuguese South African Chef with 21 years experience ranging from street food to fine dining all over the world. I was also a 3rd place finalist in Masterchef Portugal in 2011.
My favorite type of cooking is in the wild, grill, braise or smoke with fire out in the open with foraged ingredients is the perfect setting.
