I'm a professional chef. I study in Alma in Italy, the school of Gualtiero Marchesi. I work 2 years for Michel Guerard in France that 3 michelin stars, at moment I work in Maaemo, and last job was in Epicure by Eric Frechon. I love cook and teach. I start to cook when I was just 5 years at home just for play and that bring me on this street. The most important in one plate is the taste, and of course the beauty.
