I am a professional Chef and Culinary Instructor and Advisor. I attended the Professional culinary school People Help People, during 4 years and Internacional Center of Service Education at Inacap, for 3 years.

I started working as a professional Chef in Mexico, where I worked as sous chef, executive chef and food and beverage manager.

Also, I served as a chef instructor at the University of Quintana Roo.

. When a returned to Chile i started working in culinary schools and as a culinary advisor. I served in Inacap, Culinary and Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.

For me, cooking is the way I put my heart and soul into meals that make customers happy.
