I love to make people happy by cooking for them and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
My interest in cooking was sparked as a teenager and over the years as I traveled, I learnt about various cuisines and ingredients from around the world.
After introducing myself to various cultures, I fell in love with cooking even more and became obsessed with mastering flavors and balance of textures.
For me cooking is about simplicity, freshness and letting the ingredients speak for themselves.
I specialize in Japanese, Indian, Korean, Thai, Italian and Spanish cuisine. I love to bring my travel discoveries to the table. As much as I love classics,
I also like to introduce people to recipes and techniques that are not commonly seen in restaurants but originate from remote places, native and tribal cultures etc.
I have curated a number of cooking events in venues and many private locations.
