I am a French chef in love with world cuisine, I prepare exceptional dishes for you to make you spend an unforgettable moment
Originally from Franche Comté, my passion for cooking was born in my mother's kitchen.
Freshly graduated from the hotel school in Poligny, I joined the Côte d'Azur to improve my skills in the various Cannes Palaces, where I discovered Mediterranean cuisine, which inspires me on a daily basis.
In 2016 I came to put my luggage in Saint-Martin while continuing to travel around the world, I discovered new flavors and incorporated them into my cuisine.
After 5 years as a Chef in various Caribbean restaurants, I invite myself to your residences and I provide you with a large Private Chef menu for your greatest pleasure
