I am a professionally trained chef with over 25 years of international cooking experience having worked in South Africa, Israel, Canada & The Turks & Caicos Islands.
I am also experienced in Kosher Cooking, Gluten Free Cooking, Vegetarian Cooking and can easily adapt to food allergies and dietary restrictions.
Am always looking for new ideas and ways to put different twists onto old time favorites and comfort foods. Enjoy working with local ingredients.
My cooking style is to create dishes that taste and look good until the last bite, I enjoy using and combining different herbs, spices and flavorings to give you a bold and compound flavor experience.
