Good with people, eager to yeah and learn.

I am an adventurous chef with a taste for Asian food and culture. I studied gastronomy at Intecap. Worked in hotels and restaurants. But must importantly I opened a delivery only restaurant for clients with specific diets.

Asian culture forms a big part of my culinary abilities, mostly out of my love for Japan and their amazing food.

Also bakery, making bread was the fire that started my love for cooking. My mother let me help her make bread when I was about 12. I was always looking through cooking books and reading recipes, but until that moment I have never cook anything. So when she gave me the chance to make bread with her, that was the moment when I discovered what I could do with my hands and I wanted more.
