I am Filipino Chef working in five star hotel and casinos as a Sr. Sous Chef with overall incharge in western and asian cuisine with 25 staff. Iam 12 years in culinary venture. My passion in cooking is to start in basic cooking with out basic cooking it will not come out the natural taste and fregrant of the dish. Make it simple and tasty
