Get to know me better

I am very enthusiastic with food and live to create unforgettable dishes.

I have worked as a professional chef for 9 years and started from being a kitchen porter and worked my way up to sous chef level. I gained my skills and expertise by working under great head chefs and gained my qualifications through hands on experience. I have worked in 2 well known high end restaurants in liverpool called Panoramic 34 where i was a commis chef and learnt european cuisine and maintained a push to try and recieve rosettes. The other restaurant was The London Carriage Works where i was also a commis chef and learnt classical british and french cuisines and helped retain the 2 rosette award.
