An artist; my medium, food.

I’m a Le Cordon Bleu professionally trained chef/baker with over 10 years experience in the culinary industry. I specialise in vegan/ plant based and free from cuisine. For as long as I can remember, cooking/baking have been a passion of mine. Since becoming a vegan myself almost 10 years ago, my culinary creations have evolved to encompass that attribute. I enjoy making vegan dishes with flare and substance for all to enjoy!
