I am a home cook, but I have improved my culinary knowledge and skills thanks to the hotel school, which I did in Madrid plus my internship at the Habanera99 restaurant in Granada, Spain. I also returned to Surrey this summer and worked with PGLTravel, and for the Holiday Inn Express Hotel it has helped me meet wonderful people and improve professionally. Currently I am Chef Manager for the kids from 0 to 4 year old and I am teaching them eating everything healthier.

I love creating recipes and seeing the satisfied faces of the people where they are tasting my dishes freshed to the palate...
