Was born in Indonesia. Moved and grew up in Hong Kong, studied culinary arts in HK Culinary Academy under Chef Yehezkiel Ehud and Francesco Pazos.
Started working since 2011, moved to Australia to experience Australian food culture and come back here worked at Pica Pica as Sous chef.
