Hi, I’m Eric.

I’m a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. Being half Italian, I’ve lived and worked in Italy, as well as in several renowned ski resorts. I’ve also run my own street food business, an experience that sharpened my creativity and reinforced my focus on flavor, quality, and cooking directly for people.

My cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean and Italian traditions. I always strive to connect with local producers and work with the freshest ingredients, so every menu becomes a unique and memorable dining experience for you and your guests.

Eric and his partner cooked an incredible 3-course meal plus canapés for 11 of us at our private villa during a bachelor party, and they absolutely exceeded expectations. From start to finish, Eric was professional, friendly, and had great communication throughout the whole process. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and everyone in the group was seriously impressed. They also left the villa spotless afterwards, which was hugely appreciated. We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Eric cater for our group of 25 during our holiday, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very first meal to the last bite of dessert, everything was flawless. The food was simply outstanding – fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and catered to all dietary needs in our group with ease. On top of that, they tidied everything up so thoroughly after each meal that it felt like magic – we didn’t have to lift a finger!

Chef Erik and his helper Lucija were amazing, communication was fantastic from the moment I enquired, they catered for all 14 of us, 5 generations with different preferences, allergies and intolerances, nothing was too much trouble at all. Chef Eric and his partner were fantastic. After impressing me with his proposed menu, I decided to hire him for a special surprise 50th anniversary dinner. It was my in-laws anniversary and we were all meeting in Croatia to celebrate. I have never hired a private chef before and was uncertain what to expect. Additionally, I really wanted this dinner to be special, as my in-laws have never been treated to a privately cooked meal, so there was a lot riding on this dinner. I am happy to report that from the moment I connected with Chef Eric over his proposed menu, I was impressed. He not only proposed two menus (one for vegetarians and one for folks without dietary restrictions), he was easy to communicate with and put all my worried at ease. Communication was also very easy with Chef Eric. Anytime I had a question, he promptly responded. On the day of the dinner, he was prompt, organized and professional. Along with his partner, he arrived with all his equipment, food prep and table decorations. We didn't have to lift a finger, which allowed us all to enjoy our celebration and focus on my in-laws anniversary. As for the food, no one had a complaint. In fact, we loved every dish. We also loved how Chef Eric shared information about the dish and entertained our questions when we asked about the local ingredients he used. I also really appreciated that he went above and beyond for the vegetarian dishes. He made sure they were just as special as the various fish focused courses. By the end of the night, we were not only pleasantly full from the great food, but filled with joy over the wonderful experience. My in-laws were really blown away and said it was a night they will never forget. I would not hesitate to recommend Chef Eric to anyone. In fact, if I ever get the chance, I will indeed hire him again for another experience. Thank you Chef Eric for the wonderful meal and memories.

Fantastic experience with Eric as our chef. He catered our group of six in a villa outside of Pula and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. He was professional in his preparation and delivery of our four courses and explained each dish to us with passion. The food was lovely, varied and filling and he left our kitchen spotless. Our experience with Eric Brajkovic was superb. He presented sample menus to me for review and was very flexible in response to our likes and dislikes. His communication was great, and he was most accommodating when we had slight schedule adjustments due to a few members of our party being late. The food he prepared was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and well-explained. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. It was a decadent treat!

Eric and his co are the best chefs on earth. What they delivered is more than outstanding. Especially on the last day where we told them to cook with everything thats here and not buy new stuff they surprised us massively. We hope we can book him again next year, fully trust in this delicious cooking skills!

Great expirence!

We loved having Eric and Lucci with us, helping us to make an 80th birthday celebration truly wonderful at our rental holiday villa in Croatia. Age range from 4-80 and we were all looked after. Really really lovely food. I won’t forget the squid ink pasta for a very long time! And the chocolate cake was to die for! We would highly recommend.

Our group of 20 people was incredibly well served with a nice steady tempo of delicious food and a great presentation. Everything was ass agreed, punctual, the service was discreet and the food was nicely presented. Eric left us satisfied and happy!
