Hi, I’m Eric.
I’m a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. Being half Italian, I’ve lived and worked in Italy, as well as in several renowned ski resorts. I’ve also run my own street food business, an experience that sharpened my creativity and reinforced my focus on flavor, quality, and cooking directly for people.
My cuisine is inspired by Mediterranean and Italian traditions. I always strive to connect with local producers and work with the freshest ingredients, so every menu becomes a unique and memorable dining experience for you and your guests.
I truly enjoy what I do, and that passion is reflected in every dish I serve.
