I would like to show you Croatia on a plate . We are country that has a lot of local fresh and tasty ingridients trought out the whole year. I participied in Masterchef Croatia 2022. I myself was born in Zadar and from the young age was cooking with fish and other seafood . I come from the fisherman’s family so I know my way around the fish.
