Get to know me better
Creative vegan and gluten-free chef.
I have been a chef for eight years, of which I have been vegan and gluten-free for four years.
I gained culinary knowledge through various restaurants in Croatia, but in fact I gained the greatest knowledge myself, through various experiments and hours spent in the kitchen.
I also worked in the largest Croatian food industry, in the position of a culinary researcher.
I upgraded my knowledge in Sweden as well.
It's always nice to meet other chefs and other cultures, and learn something new.

I am originally from Šumećani, a place half an hour from Zagreb.
I graduated from high school in Bjelovar and have been studying and working ever since.
This year I finally calmed down a bit with traveling and I found my happiness in the hill at the foot of Medvednica.
There I grow my own fruits and vegetables, create dishes and deliver products and services to my clients.
