My culinary journey commenced at the age of 15 when I started as a dishwasher in a bustling establishment serving 1000-4000 clients at a time. Within just 6 months, I progressed to a line cook position. Over the years, I have honed my skills and expertise, spending 6 years as a manager and private chef, and 4 years specializing in fine dining.
