I have 20 years of experience from different restaurants, catering throughout Croatia, Switzerland and river cruisers. I study culinary in Zagreb and since 2003 working as a chef. For 6 years i was executive chef and last 1 year a Corporate Traveling Chef on river cruisers on 4 and 5 stars ships. Love road cycling, traveling and exploring new things.
