My expertise in asian cooking enhances my ability to deliver well executed western dishes as I sharpen my skill in the south of France. The program taught me the fundamental of French cooking and how it applies to any western and to multi cultural cooking around the world. As I love to travel, I gained so much knowledge in each places I went, cultural and tastes wise, and how these knowledges connected.
