A natural enthusiast and constant learner, always up for something new I find excitement in the kitchen and joy cooking for my guests.
I’m an amateur chef, I trained myself for over 30 years and continue doing so to a point that I now feel confident about serving my food other than to my circle of friends who have encouraged me several time to step out of my own kitchen. I specialize in Italian cuisine so plenty of pasta, risotto, lasagne, cannelloni and gnocchi, but also BBQ, low and slow, creative antipasti and a limited number of desserts. I’ve owned and operated a Pizza place in Belitung serving authentic wood oven pizza, with all Italian ingredients.
