I no longer accept requests involving the preparation of fish, meat, or any animal products. I worked with animal foods many years ago — and then I woke up. My body’s needs far surpass what animal products can offer. Please do not enquire about cooking with animals. Thank you.

With 35 years of experience in hospitality, I work as an Executive Wholefoods Expert Chef, Hospitality Systems Developer & Project Manager, Home Economics Teacher, and Airbnb Host.

My work centres on real, living food — food that nourishes, strengthens, and restores the body while supporting clarity, energy, and long-term resilience. My dishes are dense in minerals and vitamins, designed to support modern bodies under modern pressures.

I now focus on supporting people who are ready to:

restore healthy weight balance

reconnect with food as nourishment rather than consumption

I offer Plant Meat Café–style experiences in private homes, offices, gardens, and for special occasions including weddings. Consultancy services are also available.

Your event can be shared live with a wider audience, allowing friends, family, and followers from anywhere in the world to join the atmosphere, conversation, and joy in real time. It’s a shared table without borders — food, presence, and connection broadcast live.

Wholefoods dining experiences are also available at Risteard’s private dwelling, accommodating up to 12 guests, with optional arranged bus transport.

Minimum contract price: €1,000 + Take a Chefs 20%
