Fulfilling my customers' dreams through culinary is the essence of my life
In 1996 - when I was 3 years old, my grandmother called me to help her in the kitchen, she made "korza" (dough sachets from the Caucasian culture).
Grandma gave me a glass and showed me how to make circles out of the dough, I looked at the raw materials and the virtuosity of Grandma (kneading dough with 60 years of experience) and I was very excited about the whole idea.
I think that is where my love for the culinary world began because the same enthusiasm accompanies me to this day when I cook. More than 20 years have passed and in the meantime I have managed to study at the Chef's College and graduate with honors, work as a chef and bartender in restaurants in Israel and Russia and establish "Marik - quality home-cooked food".
In recent years, most of my work has been in learning and private events (internship: over 150 events) - there is nothing that satisfies me more than fulfilling my clients' dreams through my food.
