Originally from Hong Kong, later on developed and gained aspirations from France, Germany and other countries to improve and implement different techniques and ideas into Chinese cuisine. Worked in many places in Asia too, like Cambodia and Vietnam. At the same time, seek local vibes to add into own skills, so that Chinese cuisine is ever evolving.
