I am Alessandro, a chef with international experience developed across Italy, Spain, Ireland, England, Australia, and the Netherlands. I have worked in kitchens of every scale, from small and traditional to starred restaurants, mastering both traditional and contemporary fine dining.

I cook with intention and discipline, prioritizing fresh, local, organic, non-industrial ingredients and reducing meat whenever possible. I adapt quickly to different environments, equipment, and client expectations while maintaining high standards of execution and presentation.

I measure success by consistency, quality, and the satisfaction of my guests
