My name is Alessandro, I'm 33 years old and I love my profession.
I have gained broad and in-depth experience in kitchens of Italy, Spain, Ireland, England, Australia and the Netherlands.
My experience ranges from small kitchens to large ones, from simple and traditional to complex fine-dining-starred dishes. My work-ethic is to always aim for the best, trying to work with fresh products, Km 0, non industrial, organic, and whether is possible avoid the meat. Presentation, and menu according with the wishes and the equipment provided by the client. Happy customers who enjoy their meal to the fullest in a great environment is what motivates me day-in day-out.
