Hello I'm Aswin Vos, 26 years old and live in Apeldoorn (originally from Groningen). I was 13 when I first walked into a professional kitchen.. and it was love at first sight.
Now, with 13 years of experience, from low level burgers places, up to some of the nations and world best restaurants, I made the step 2,5 years ago in starting my own Business " De Vosjus catering".
With this company I've done numerous private dining diners, catering services and much more culinary experiences. My journeys have take me from working in my own country, up to some journeys ubroad like Trinidad and Tobago!
My cooking style is unique for me, and it's taste able that I put my own signature on every dish I make. I cook "high on flavor" and always look for extraordinary combinations, especially if it are ones you won't think about (Did you know for example that pure chocolate and wasabi is an excellent combination?).
