I used to work for 3 years in one of the most famous restaurants of my area (Restaurant 116) where i acquired all the techniques of the job, after that experience i moved in Amsterdam and currently I'm working in a famous Dutch cuisine restaurant in the city center.

I love experimenting new techniques, rare ingredients and mix them to create innovative fusion dishes.

I excel in Italian and fusion food, tending to re - elaborate the traditional dishes in a gourmet way.
