I am a professional chef working in the casual fine dining sector. In my dinner events I like to keep a broad perspective, going from fine dining menus to delicious home-style meals. I have a big passion for fermentation and pickles, as well as cuisines from all over the world. Nothing is out of bounds for me. Additionally, I have also worked as a professional cocktail bartender for over 5 years, so liquid aperitifs and digestifs, as well as food pairings, are all welcome. Having been vegan myself for 2 years (not anymore), I also feel comfortable creating meatless and dairy-free menus.
