A Chef since 1995 and with international education from tastes of many continents and regions, a caribbean native of Curaçao and with many years under my belt as an Executive Chef, teaching others how to produce sustainable menus, that lower the production cost and balance profit and loss with the expenditure.
As a Master Chef the concept lies between healthy and taste, and after 2 decades of international travel and integration.
