I am blessed to have been cooking for over 30 years and love my choosen career. I have owned "Culinary Lane Catering" for over 5 years & love cooking.
I have been cooking professionally for over 30 years, leading the kitchens at Hammerheads Seafood Bar & Grill, The Sommerset Grand Metrolis Hotel, The Northern Club, Ibiza & Isobar to name a few. I have cooked in Australia & London for 5 years. I have been a chef tutor & am a award winning chef. I was also General Manager at Puhoi Cheese and have consulted for several Restaurants in my career. I have owned and cooked at "Culinary Lane Catering" for over 5 years & offer 3 & 5 Course Private Dinners, Outcatering, Grazing Tables & Business Working Lunches.
