Iam chef 10 years, Before i moved to Lisbon I spend 3 years in Sao Miguel, Azores, working and taking care of the restaurant and also working as private chef there. I worked in restaurants in Prague, UK and Tenerife. So i have cooking experinecne with different culture and different kitchens. I like to cook with local and fresh ingredients. I approach every ingredient with respect and try to use as much as possible with minimal waste.
