Chef Tomas and his partner were incredible! We had the best evening of food and drinks, personal favourite was the cured seabass appetiser and prawn pasta. The pork main was also delicious. They were lovely people, very hospitable and very attentive to all 7 of us eating that evening. Would highly recommend the experience with sangria and matching wines. He was a smooth operator.

Chef Tomás was a wonderful host, he arrived on time and immediately got to work in the kitchen. He told a story behind every dish that was presented. The presentation of the dish was beautiful and unique. The food was extremely delicious, very fresh and seasoned well. I highly recommend chef Tomás for any upcoming catering event, birthday, dinner, etc. On our next visit we will most definitely book with Chef Tomás again!

everything about our experience with tomas was fabulous. he made us beautiful breakfast spreads for six days and two truly excellent dinners. he was friendly, professional, and was happy to offer restaurant suggestions and help with anything else that he could. highly recommend!

Chef Tomas and his assistant really took care of the evening. From start to end we had a wounderful time. The dinner along with music (we asked if he could bring a speaker and play portougese music) gave us an amazing evening. We recently had the pleasure of hosting Chef Tomás Borba for a delightful 4-course dinner experience at our vacation villa. We wanted to share our fantastic experience with everyone. Chef Tomás impressed us right from the start with his excellent communication. He truly listened to our preferences and offered some fantastic menu suggestions that made our evening special. The food was simply outstanding. Each dish was prepared with love and attention to detail, and the presentation was top-notch. It was clear that Chef Tomás used the freshest ingredients available, which made a noticeable difference in taste. Even our kids were delighted with the delicious Bolognese dish specially prepared for them. The wine pairing was spot on, and we were pleasantly surprised by the selection of fine and rare wines that complemented the meal perfectly. Chef Tomás also left our kitchen in impeccable condition, showing his commitment to hygiene. Beyond his culinary skills, Chef Tomás is a friendly and approachable person who added a fun and relaxed vibe to our evening. We had a truly enjoyable and memorable time. Tomás cooked breakfast for our group of 31 (15 kids/16 adults) over the course of a week in Carvoeiro. It is the 10th year we have been on a large trip like this and the breakfast is the best we have had during that time. Tomás was inventive, varied the breakfast on a daily basis, was extremely flexible and the food was superb. Healthy freshly blended juices with the likes of apple and ginger, huge croissants, charcuterie, sweet pastries which the kids devoured, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order bread selection coffees etc. Tomás could not have been more accommodating, had a calm manner whilst working and was a pleasure to see every morning. Everything was immaculate with the kitchen being scrubbed and cleaned way beyond expectation. Tomás, it was great to meet you - thank you so much. I would highly recommend Tomás services.

Tomas and his partner, Rafael, provided us with such an amazing evening. The food was incredible. Every dish was prepared and presented with care and precision. We could not have asked for more to celebrate my wife's birthday while away with friends in Portugal. Every dish was outstanding, interesting and, most importantly, delicious. Tomas communicated really well throughout the whole process. He responded quickly to my queries and no request was a problem. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a meal while in the area.

Chef Tomas and his sous chef/friend were incredible. I wrote a review on trustpilot but also wanted to write one here. They had every detail accounted for. Explaining each course before we started, when my father mentioned to me he needed a bottle opener - 10 seconds later they come out with one. The food was incredible, the seabass ceviche, tuna tartar with avocado & mango, the seafood main with rice, the chocolate dessert and the incredible addition they made with a taste of local port. It was a great experience and I would put 100% faith in Tomas & his sous chef, I chose them initially due to the quick response time and ability to amend the menu as I wanted. They delivered so much more. They also left the kitchen far more clean then when they arrived!!! My father is a difficult man to impress and they made our UK father's day exceptional. Thank you so much.

From the very beginning, he was a great communicator and helped us pick the perfect meal and was always open to feedback. The food was wonderful and the plating fun. The service was perfect.
