I am a Certified Plant Based Professional Chef, with 5 years of experience. Made my internship at the Grand Hotel Stockholm (aka Rutabaga) Vegetarian restaurant.
My cooking is drawn by Portuguese influences and Mediterranean nuances and flavors. Moved by eco friendly and highly more sustainable choices.
Enthusiastic by all types of making and creating food and drinks.
