Professional Chef, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. I have obtained 2 degrees in culinary arts and hospitality management. During my years of experience, I've worked my way up in professional kitchens, bakeries and catering from West Virginia, to Florida, Colorado and Rhode Island, studying many different cuisines and mastering my skill set.
