I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. I received my culinary degree from The Art Institute in Fort Lauderdale. From there I spent most of my career at a private chef in the yachting industry. There I got to explore many different cooking styles and platting techniques. I went on to own a full service catering business in Naples Florida. There I honed my skills at creating meaningful events with unique menus.
