Hello I have a catering business and cook multicultural food and would love to cater private events!
Hello my name ksenija or you can call me Carla! I was born in the united states but raised in France. I am currently attending college majoring in journalism. My father has a catering business and bakery and my moms family has a bakery. I have been exposed to cooking and baking all my life! At 17 I began working at an Indian restaurant and became the chef two years later and was taught by a Punjabi chef when he was ready to retire. Later an Afghan restaurant owner liked my cooking and asked me to cook at his restaurant where I perfected Afghan cuisine. I began selling cheese cakes and pastries as a side job and started helping my father with his catering business and began my own , I have catered for Univision radio, Cbs even a private event for the Gypsy Kings.
