I consider myself to be a chef at home. I have a year of culinary experience and have been cooking in restaurants for over 20 years. I strive for improvement in my cooking at all times. I believe that the appearance of the dish enhances the dish itself as well. I thoroughly enjoy cooking and it shows in my products.
