Health supportive chef specializing focusing on local, seasonal and organic ingredients as much as possible.
I became interested in cooking and baking from watching my grandmother bake and ice cakes and my father create unusual dishes when I was young.
I began working as a private chef prior to obtaining my culinary degree, taking various classes, and interning in restaurants in NYC. Later I trained at the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, now part of I.C.E. While my main focus has been vegetarian and vegan cooking, I always cook to meet client's needs, and often prepare meats and fish. I moved upstate in 2018, where I cooked at The Debruce, North Branch Inn, and YO1. In addition, I studied Ayurveda with Dr. Naina Marballi in NYC, and am a certified holistic health coach.
