I am a professional chef of 20 years and understudied with some incredible chefs from all different backgrounds. I graduated from Great Lakes Culinary Institute of Traverse City, Michigan. I have traveled to 6 different countries, and absorbed as much of the culture and cuisine as I could in the time I had. If I were to claim a specialty, it would be world cuisine. I have an everlasting intrigue to different cultures and food. I strive to be the best I can be at my craft, and am constantly growing as a chef.

Chef Boyer was an absolute delight! His courses, presentation, and recipes were amazing! All of our guests were blown away by his dinner; myself included. We definitely indulged and loved it. Thank you!

Chef Joshua was so amazing for our dinner celebrating a bachelorette party. He was so accommodating for all of our requests, provided wine pairings, and made special versions of the meal for those with dietary restrictions. He was so kind and professional and was the best addition to our party.
