I am a professional chef of 20 years and understudied with some incredible chefs from all different backgrounds. I graduated from Great Lakes Culinary Institute of Traverse City, Michigan. I have traveled to 6 different countries, and absorbed as much of the culture and cuisine as I could in the time I had. If I were to claim a specialty, it would be world cuisine. I have an everlasting intrigue to different cultures and food. I strive to be the best I can be at my craft, and am constantly growing as a chef.
