Energetic and hungry private chef in a new city looking to educate guests where they should be getting food from and how things can be prepared.

Hello, my name is Julliano Debride. I grew up on the farm in New York during my childhood with my father being a chef and my mother being a fantastic home cook. My mother and I moved to Louisiana at one point and that's where I learned how to cook many different cuisines especially Cajun food. Louisiana is where I really learned to farm the table style and butchering. I knew from the age of seven I wanted to be a chef. When I turned 16 years old, I worked in my first professional kitchen. I have been a professional chef for the past 10 years. I trained in most cuisines, my main cuisine I specialized in was Spanish cuisine. Again, I have lots of experience with most cuisines. I love cooking for people and bringing people together with either a super fancy tasting menu or just family style cooking. I have traveled in the united states cooking in the major food cities; New York, Boston, and D.C. . The reason why I am a private chef is because I like the intimacy of my cooking energy being transferred right to you in your home and you can really taste all the focus and love that I put into the meal. I'm a baker as well , so there is always bread service with every meal :). Because I just love breaking bread with new clients and getting to know them. I'm a big big big fan of challenges, so don't ever be scared to challenge me. The most important thing is that I cook very simple, but not so simple depending on the type of dining experience the client wants farm to table. Most of my knowledge comes from being hyper local and seasonal. I also teach cooking classes if anyone is interested.
