Chef Matt Tracy

I am a very experienced Certified Executive Chef with over 30 years of professional experience. That experience includes working in Southeast Asia, working and being mentored by a Certified Master Chef. I held positions of Executive Chef in some of the top private clubs in the Southeast and the US.

I have extensive experience cooking private dinners in the homes of my clients. I am currently a private chef for a local family. The in-home meals I have cooked include multi course plated dinners, buffets and cocktail parties. I have successfully executed dinners for up to 30 people in those homes. I pride myself on having excellent cooking fundamentals. I feel like I set myself apart from other chefs because of these skills learned from working with the best. I can cook an in-home dinner or for meals in advance for you to heat up and/or finish.

I am meticulous in cleaning. Your kitchen will look as good as or better than it was when I came in. I can prepare food from virtually any cuisine you may desire. I will do all the shopping. I am very experienced in dietary needs and restrictions due to my experience working in the Private School industry.

I am 100% dependable. I will do everything I say I will do. I will deliver an excellent product due to my vast experience in private clubs, restaurants, hotels and my years in education.
